What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep your email, your answers to the four questions, your language, the date, and an irreversible hash of your IP address for abuse protection.

Why

To tell you when hostkeep is ready to try and to decide what to build first. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). No automated decision-making, no sharing with third parties, no advertising.

Where

On our own server in Germany (Hetzner). If we send a confirmation email it goes through Resend. No tracking cookies; visit statistics are anonymous (Umami, cookieless).

How long

Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent: an email to hello@hostkeep.gr is enough. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
